The Cipher Challenge

In a team of between 3 – 5 pupils the students design and build a communication tower and system that can be used to transmit a simple coded message across the classroom using their own cipher. Other teams try to work out the code and dicypher the message. Lessons can be learnt about how information is sent securely over the internet and how hackers try to steal information.
